the name of this legend isLofty also known as  Phil Parkes, of course, who was born in West Bromwich in 1947 and made 382 appearances for the Wolves.  He’s also pictured with Frank Munro and Dave Waggy Wagstaffe signing copies of the Complete Record in December 2008.    Winners announced after the Preston math 10th January 2009
